Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and immediately dry any excess water. Avoid abrasive cloths and pads — they can scratch and indent the resin surface.
Stubborn residue: For sticky or stubborn spots, use isopropyl alcohol sparingly and wipe dry.
Hot or humid storage: If storing the board where temperatures exceed 78°F or humidity is high, wrap the board fully in parchment paper to prevent dust, dirt, or soft plastics from adhering to the surface.
Long-term storage: In attics or storage buildings, wrap each piece individually. In hot climates resin can become tacky and pieces may stick or fuse together.
Warping: If the board appears to change shape in humid conditions, place it on a hard, flat, even surface; it will typically flatten back out.
Curing period: Resin curing can take up to 60 days after pouring. You will receive specific curing-time instructions with your order. Some boards are pre-made and fully cured; custom boards require the full curing period.

Turn-around time: pre-made sets ship promptly. Custom sets will take approximately 3-5 days to pour depending on how many layers/colors your board requires.
